location
Quiet and peaceful alley
The area where Kyoto Women's University is located is an area where many homes were built as high-class residential areas during the housing development in the Taisho era due to the expansion of the Kyoto city.
To the south of it is an alley that was developed by the residential land development in the early Showa era and was named "Mandaraen." At that time, 2 stand alone houses and 22 townhouses were built. Now, the original appearance of the these houses remain on the north side of the alley.
plan
