So far, Hachise has established and managed three collective houses, and this is the fourth. While the previous three have been one-room apartments for singles, coco camo is a collective house where two or more people can live together. In addition to separate private spaces, there is a common living room and common terrace for all residents to use.
The goal is to create a community of trustworthy yet unbounded adults. Residents will create an environment in which they can live comfortably together. The community will be nurtured the same way that the trees of common terrace grow.
In recent years, with the aging population and declining birth rate, the number of nuclear families has been increasing, and the residents of collective houses help each other with childcare and shopping. We hope to find a buyer who sympathize with this project that aims to revitalize the local community and the warmth of the neighborhood.
What is a collective house?
In a collective house, each resident has his or her own dedicated independent living space, with several common spaces that are shared by everyone.
