PLAN

With the garden in the center of the land site, light and wind can enter the building easily. Each room is equipped with floor heating, which became an essential facility nowadays in Kyoto, that helps to bring a gentle warmth and cope with the harsh cold winter.
The property is currently in operation as a lodging facility. But besides that, it can be also used in various ways such as offices, shared offices, and galleries.
