Due to the influence of COVID-19, the word "stay home" was coined, and our daily life and working styles have changed drastically. As the way of spending time at home changes, a "comfortable living space" becomes indispensable for everyone.

The concept of the property to be introduced this time is "a house that makes you want to invite friends over".
Everyday life becomes exciting and fun, that makes you want to invite friends on the weekends... Living in your favorite place not only changes your day-to-day living but the quality of your entire life.
