Despite compact in size, there are two rooms in addition to the bedroom and dining room, ample storage for 1~2 people, a simple yet sophisticated kitchen, and a playful surprise hidden in the kitchen.

The Higashiyama-Shichijo area where the property is located is near the center of Higashiyama Ward. Characterized by a compact concentration of tourist attractions, the area is easy to explore on foot. With locals and tourists visiting this area daily, the neighborhood is lined with a wide range of stores, from long-established Japanese confectionery shops to local small shops to large chain stores. The location is just right for weekend sightseeing and is recommended for those looking for a vacation house.
The nearest station, Keihan Shichijo Station, is conveniently located with limited express trains stopping there, providing easy access to the Demachiyanagi area and Osaka area. The Kamo River is also within easy strolling distance, making this a luxurious location that combines urban convenience and abundant nature.

Keihan Shichijo Station

Limited express stop. It takes about 48min. to Yodoyabashi Station in Osaka and about 8min. to Demachiyanagi Station near the Kamogawa Delta.

Kyoto National Museum

A museum with a long history that houses Japanese sculptures, paintings, calligraphy, and metal art. There is also a café in the museum.

Sanjusangendo Temple

Famous Buddhist temple known for its 1,001 life-size standing statues of the Thousand-Armed Kannon.

Chishakuin Temple

Shichijo-Kanshundo Main Store

A long-established Japanese confectionery store. Their beautiful Yokan (sweet red bean jelly) is a feast for the eyes and popular as a souvenir.

Gojozaka Pottery Festival

About 400 stores line both sides of the Gojozaka, offering a variety of pottery from various regions, including Kyo-yaki, Kiyomizu-yaki, Arita, and Shigaraki.
