The exterior has an exotic atmosphere
while retaining the appearance of a traditional Kyomachiya.
The interior is a luxurious space filled with extraordinary excitement,
like a fine lounge or bar.

Despite compact in size, there are two rooms in addition to the bedroom and dining room, ample storage for 1~2 people, a simple yet sophisticated kitchen, and a playful surprise hidden in the kitchen.
The hidden room can be made into a room for your favorite collections.

  • Omotenashi Counter

    The counter at the entrance is an excellent, space-saving design that can be folded and stored. You may use it as an "Omotenashi" (hospitality) place to serve tea and sweets when guests arrive.

  • Private Bar

    A shelf that can normally be used for storage becomes a bar counter when the door is fully opened. Not only it is useful for home parties, but also a picturesque space to display scotches and brandy.

The Higashiyama-Shichijo area where the property is located is near the center of Higashiyama Ward.
