The 1st floor of the main house has been gently modified to retain its charm while ensuring comfortable living. The Western-style room at the back preserves the high ceilings and open ambiance reminiscent of its weaving workshop era, creating a vast and liberating space.
A hearth remains from the time when the previous owner used the consecutive Japanese-style rooms on the 1st floor for tea ceremony classes.
