  Upon arrival, our staff will guide you through the renovated machiya. Take your time to explore the space.

  【Complete the Survey】

  After viewing the property, please complete a short on-site survey. As the survey is available online, please bring a smartphone or tablet.

  【Receive a Thank-You Gift】

  Participants who complete the survey will receive a 3,000-JPY VISA e-gift card via email at a later date.

About the Visiting

• A reservation is required. Please contact us in advance to arrange your preferred visit date and time.
• Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
• If the venue becomes crowded, you may be asked to wait and enter in order.
• Bicycle and car parking are not available at the properties.
• Restrooms at the properties are not available for use.
• Participation in the event is free of charge; however, transportation and communication fees are the responsibility of each participant.

About the Digital Gift Card

• If your name is not registered at the property upon arrival, the visit will not be counted.
• Only one entry per person (one email address) will be accepted for the survey.
• Regardless of the number of surveys completed, the gift is limited to one per person.
• Participation by real estate agents or related parties is not permitted.
• If incorrect contact information is provided, or if your entry is deemed inappropriate, the digital gift card may not be issued.
• Please use the digital gift card in accordance with its terms of use. We are not responsible for any issues after distribution.

If we determine that a participant’s behavior disrupts event operations,
we reserve the right to refuse entry and disqualify them from the gift card offer.
