A Japanese-style inn operating since Aug 2018 in a convenient location for sightseeing with 3 stations in a 10-minute walk: Nijo Station on the JR Sanin Line, Nijo Station on the Subway Tozai Line, and Omiya Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line. You may continue to use it as a lodging business. Renting it out for residential or office use is also recommended.

Renovated by current owner in June 2018: Newly installed water plumbing products (kitchen, basin, bathroom, toilet), Replaced wall-paper of each rooms (wall and ceiling), Renewed Tatami pads, Gardening, etc.
