  Please receive a stamp sheet and fill out the questionnaire. Be sure to write your email address clearly, as it will be used for sending your gift.

  Have the staff stamp your sheet at each property you visit. Don’t forget to bring the sheet with you as you go around.

  Once you have collected 4 or more stamps, hand the sheet to the staff at the last property you visit.

  A 1,000 yen digital drink ticket from a popular coffee chain will be sent to your email at a later date.

here are some special notes for it.

Regarding the Open House:

• This is a free-entry event and no prior reservations are required.
• Some properties may go under offer before the open house event.
• Some properties might not have air conditioning facilities.
• Please ensure proper hydration and take individual measures against heatstroke.
• In case of a large number of participants, you may need to wait before entering.
• There will be no bicycle or car parking facilities available at the properties.
• Please note that restroom facilities at the properties cannot be used.

Regarding the Stamp Rally:

• Participation in the event is free of charge; however, transportation and other personal expenses are the responsibility of each participant.
• Participation is limited to one person (one email address) per submitted questionnaire and stamp sheet.
• The gift can be redeemed only once per person, regardless of the number of stamps collected.
• The gift ticket can be used within Japan only (not redeemable in overseas stores.)
• Real estate agents and related parties are not eligible to participate in the stamp collection event.
• In case of incorrect email addresses, phone numbers, or any inappropriate actions, we reserve the right to cancel the sending of digital drink tickets.
• Please abide by the terms of use when using the digital drink tickets. We shall not be responsible for any liabilities after the tickets are sent.

In the case of any operational issues or if any troubles arise, participants may be asked to leave,
and their stamp collection participation may be declined.
