Visit 3+ Homes & Get a Gift Card

Hachise invites you to a special open house featuring a curated selection of homes renovated by us, including one newly built residence. Each property balances refined design and practicality while expressing the charm and character of life in Kyoto.
Guests who visit three or more homes and complete a brief questionnaire about the renovation quality will receive a 1,000-yen digital gift card redeemable at convenience stores and other participating stores.

*In the event that more than 31 guests qualify, recipients will be selected by lottery.

  Upon arrival at each property, please register your name.

  After viewing, please complete the short questionnaire. As the survey is available online only, please bring a smartphone or tablet.

  Participants who complete surveys for three or more properties will receive a 1,000-yen digital gift card via email at a later date.
  *If more than 31 participants qualify, the winners will be selected by lottery.

About the Open House

• No reservation is required; you are free to visit any property during the event hours.
• Please note that a property may become unavailable if a sales negotiation begins prior to the open house.
• Some properties may not have air-conditioning or heating equipment installed.
• Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
• If the venue becomes crowded, you may be asked to wait and enter in order.
• Bicycle and car parking are not available at the properties.
• Restrooms at the properties are not available for use.
• Participation in the event is free of charge; however, transportation and communication fees are the responsibility of each participant.

About the Digital Gift Card

• If your name is not registered at the property upon arrival, the visit will not be counted.
• Only one entry per person (one email address) will be accepted for the survey.
• Regardless of the number of surveys completed, the gift is limited to one per person.
• Participation by real estate agents or related parties is not permitted.
• If incorrect contact information is provided, or if your entry is deemed inappropriate, the digital gift card may not be issued.
• Please use the digital gift card in accordance with its terms of use. We are not responsible for any issues after distribution.

If we determine that a participant’s behavior disrupts event operations,
we reserve the right to refuse entry and disqualify them from the gift card offer.
